On Wednesday afternoon, Dorchester School District Four proudly hosted the Shining Stars Celebrationa special event honoring some of our most outstanding teachers and staff across the district! 

Created by the DD4 Teacher Forum, the Shining Star program recognizes excellence in education and celebrates those who go above and beyond for our students every day. Honorees were selected by the Teacher Forum, composed of each school's previous Teachers of the Year, and the event was beautifully coordinated by the DD4 Teacher Forum and the Office of Federal Programs.

Each honoree received a certificate, "Shining Star" pin, DD4 tumbler, bag, and more as a token of appreciation. After the celebration, everyone enjoyed a light dinner filled with fellowship and smiles.
