Dorchester School District Four is proud to recognize Anntionette Haynes, District Social Worker in the Department of Student Services, as the first Everyday Hero for May.
Nominated by Dr. Britt-Stevens, Mrs. Haynes is being honored for her steadfast commitment to students and families across the district. As a social worker, she embodies what it means to serve others with heart, purpose, and perseverance.

She plays a crucial role in assisting our McKinney-Vento students, providing them with the resources and stability to succeed, and helps connect families with essential services. Her compassion, commitment, and ability to make a real difference in the lives of others make her a true hero in our community.”
