Antionette Haynes

Dorchester School District Four is proud to recognize Anntionette Haynes, District Social Worker in the Department of Student Services, as the first Everyday Hero for May.

Nominated by Dr. Britt-Stevens, Mrs. Haynes is being honored for her steadfast commitment to students and families across the district. As a social worker, she embodies what it means to serve others with heart, purpose, and perseverance.

“I am nominating Mrs. Haynes as an Everyday Hero because of her unwavering dedication and tireless support to our community,” shared Dr. Britt-Stevens. “She goes above and beyond in making home visits, ensuring that families have the support they need. She plays a crucial role in assisting our McKinney-Vento students, providing them with the resources and stability to succeed, and helps connect families with essential services. Her compassion, commitment, and ability to make a real difference in the lives of others make her a true hero in our community.”

From advocating for vulnerable students to walking alongside families in times of crisis, Mrs. Haynes exemplifies servant leadership. Her behind-the-scenes work helps create a stronger, more connected school community, one family at a time.
